Sometimes that sort of attitude is necessary in order to get ahead in business. People who work for attorneys are my least favorite (other than maybe the attorneys themselves).

There clients do ur fucking job and service them. It's doesn't matter if u suck dick on a corner or r a manageing stock portfolios. U work in a field where u rely on other ppl to pay u for a service, i. E. everything the human population has been doing for years to survive; so quit complaining or get another job u can actually stomach!!!

I used to work retail for a very long time in the pet industry. And, yes some customers are assholes. But what really burned my ass was attitudes like yours. They come to you for a service. They are the ones that put food on your table, not your boss. You are there to serve them. What part of this equation are you not getting? If you don't like it, quit. It's that simple. Attitudes like yours ruin the reputation of a store/service. So, fuck off before you fuck everyone else over.

We ALL are customers at times. That much is unavoidable, unless you want to move to tropic atoll and live in solitude. However, rant has precisely nothing to do with clients/customers per ce.
Let me quote you a bit from original message - "clients thinking the earth revolves around them". Namely, the kind of clients, that require you to to above and beyond your duty. (Which often involves illegal acts, actions that are definitely NOT included in services you are to provide or actions that will get you fired.)
To clarify - those are clients who push in front of express till (nine items of less) queue with two cartfuls of boxes, who curse you up to seventh heaven for not selling their particular brand of salmon noone but them ever heard about, who phone you up and demand you fix their internet this instant despite having power grid failure over their area, who call police on your store because you won`t sell them cigarettes without seeing their ID first.
In short, customers, which fully expect that their demands are of utmost priority and MUST be satisfied regardless of any other circumstances - even when their demands are clearly impossible to satisfy or are simply too outrageous to consider.
