Im really fed up with being overweight, my stepsister is battling anorexia and sometimes i feel jealous of her. i know its sick and horrible because what she's going through is killing her, i dont want to be weak, i think i need some help to not give into the temptation of not eating.Rating:0.00

Losing weight is a long long long and dedication-required process. It's very possible, but you need to do it for YOU and remind yourself of the goal every day.
You should watch all of Jack Lalanne's videos on you tube for a little support and advice. In a nutshell, get off of shitty food for a week and just eat lean meats, fruits and vegetables with a lot of B vitamins and you'll feel like superman. When you feel like superman, you will keep getting healthier and healthier, skinnier and skinnier and you will be able to avoid the temptation of eating bad foods.

If you truly are overweight it's not likely that you'll be able to stop eating to the point of starvation.
I know that over eating and under eating can be the result of a disorder but it's really not that hard to eat a healthy diet if you're just overweight because of a lack of willpower. Just cut down on the snacks and fattening foods a little. But you certainly don't need to go to the opposite extreme.

Going the opposite extreme will make you fatter. Unless you pull a castaway and get stuck on a deserted island where your body would take its own measures, starving yourself in a place like the USA will cause serious metabolism problem that will only make you look worse in the long run.
This would be your stomach. "Hey.. I don't get food as much anymore.. I need to take every fucking piece of fat from the next food and store it in the ass."
